- Go to your Branch Rep first their details should be on the FBU notice board on station.
- Who do I contact if there is no Branch Rep available?
- Try your divisional Rep, or Brigade official their contacts are on the Website.
- I think I am being victimised/bullied what do I do?
- Speak to your line manager and your Rep for advice and support.
- How do I become a Branch Rep?
- Every section and branch should have a Chair, Secretary and H&S rep, if a post is available ask for a branch meeting to be held and put yourself forward for a position. You will receive training, support and advice.
- What does the FBU do for me?
- See the website and our newsletter for what we are doing right now.
- What is the BCM?
- The Brigade Committee Meeting (BCM) is all branch officials passing information and making decisions on what is going on in Hampshire and the country. This is where we decide which direction to take on local issues.
- Can I come to the BCM?
- Yes, any FBU member is welcome to this meeting. It is held on the first Wednesday of the month 10am at Winchester rugby club.
