RDS Banding

A dyer situation has risen within our Hampshire FBU RDS membership over the proposed banded retaining system that the service wishes to implement and its discrimination of those employees who voted to accept a banded retaining fee.
HFRS are allowing those who did not respond within the prescribed time limit to stay on their existing contract and retaining fee. Rightly our members are unhappy at this situation and a considerable number wish to rescind their original opinion/vote to accept the services proposed banded retaining fee and stay upon their existing contracts.
HFBU has formulated a letter which members may download and use at their discretion available here. We would suggest that the letter is sent Recorded delivery when posting.
